SEARCH
Our experts place dynamic talent for companies going through transformation or seeking growth. We combine data and insights to help clients make the best hiring decisions.
We help companies identify and recruit high performing talent.
TRANSPARENCY
We share our recruiting progress in real time. This creates a collaborative experience that results in the best hiring decisions.
Our transparent search application, Clockwork, gives you 24/7 access to the pipeline. It includes real-time reporting, data and analytics.
PRICING
Oficio GROUP also uses a bespoke pricing model. We offer a variety of engagement options to accommodate any company. We'll meet you where you are, not force you into an outdated, industry standard pricing model. Our unique process is co-created with each client to deliver what they need, when they need it.
APPROACH
We understand that you're not simply looking to fill a vacancy with a recruiter. Rather, you're looking for an extraordinary hire who will transform your sales organization.
We have created a completely unique search experience for our clients, built for how search should work, not just how it's always been done.
our process solves the 3 biggest hiring problems
Questionable Data
More than 40% of resumes contain untruths. Low performers assume they will get away with falsifying their resume and interviews. Why? Because they know typical reference checks are worthless.
Reliable Information
Our solution uses a "truth serum", which is simple yet powerful. Candidates are informed that a final step in hiring is for them to arrange reference calls with their managers and others you want us to talk to.
Shallow Interviews
Competency or behavioral interviews are commonplace but easy to fake and not very revealing. Books on "how to get a job" offer suggestions for faking those interviews.
Revealing Interviews
Our interview is a systematic, chronological interview covering the education years, then all jobs, and more. Chronological interviewing patterns across all important competencies. Those patterns make it possible to predict how well the candidate will do in the new position.
Weak Verification
Low performers list their friends as references instead of past managers. Background checks help. But they are not as valuable as talking to candidates' direct managers.
Solid Verification
Our solution asks candidates to help you verify information and performance. They will arrange reference calls with their managers - and any others you want us to talk to.
