Peter Trombetti, Managing Partner, founded oficio group in 2007 to fulfill a niche in the market: recruiting and placing chemical and engineering talent with leading manufacturing and distribution companies. Peter Trombetti has a keen understanding of how small businesses and large corporations work, strengthening his intuitive ability to place seasoned professionals and support clients throughout the U.S.

Peter Trombetti served as Partner for the corporate consulting firm Accenture, PLC for close to 14 years. Managing large teams in the firm’s business development unit, he excelled in lean transformation, product development, post-merger management, sales force efficiency and motivation. He gained widespread experience in leadership, business strategy, executive management, process improvement, operations, team building, negotiation, and human resources.

Previously, as Regional Director at Arthur Anderson, he was recognized for outstanding client development with FleetBoston Financial, Bank of Boston, and Baybanks—companies that focus on customers and products.

Peter received a Bachelor’s in Finance from Providence College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, one of the most respected business schools in the country. An avid golfer and snowboarder, Peter Trombetti also enjoys kiteboarding, and sharing an active lifestyle with his wife, Ginny, their son, and their dog.

Ginny Trombetti brings a wealth of career of accomplishments in global sourcing, product development, manufacturing, distribution and branding. Multi-lingual well traveled globally throughout Asia, Europe, South and Central America—gained in-depth knowledge of conducting business in both in the U.S. and in other cultures.

As the founder and President of both Valparadiso & LGPENA boutique consulting firms, Ginny leveraged over 20 years of corporate experience, providing direction to leading Fortune 500 retailers and manufacturers on business strategy and management, process improvement, and profitability.

As Director of Global Sourcing at Banana Republic (Gap Inc.), Ginny was the lead architect of a successful sourcing strategy for a $90 million business unit that produced double digit cost savings. Ginny managed multi-million business units while carrying out multiple advanced systems, exceeding corporate projections. Previous executive positions included American Eagle Outfitters, where she directed production, sourcing, and product development for a $300 million division; Coach Inc., responsible for a $450 million business; Anne Klein and Hanes, a Division of Sara Lee Corporation.

Ginny holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, which intimately connects her with Oficio’s client base. Her business acumen allows her to differentiate the ideal executives for the right jobs. At oficio group heads the Sourcing & Research division. Having recruited talent and managing mid to senior managers in the corporations she has worked for, she knows what it takes to succeed in business: personally, operationally and on the technical level.
